Funeral Mass 11:00am, Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at St. Francis Catholic Church, Ellsworth. Burial will be in the The Immaculate Conception Cemetery (Lost Creek), Town of El Paso.
Visitation will be from 4-8pm on Tuesday with a prayer service at 7pm at the Hill Funeral Home, Ellsworth and for one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday.

Age 95 of Prescott, formerly of Ellsworth, died Sunday, January 24, 2010 at the Prescott Nursing and Rehab. Community.
Thora was born on September 17, 1914 in the town of El Paso, Pierce County, Wisconsin to John and Myrtle (Turner) Harrington.
She married Donald Brookshaw in 1931 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Spring Valley.
Thora and Donald farmed for many years and Thora later owned and operated the Tastee Freeze in Ellsworth. She also worked for Super America for 10 years.
She enjoyed quilting, gardening, decorating cakes, baking, and ceramics.
Thora was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church, Ellsworth.
Thora is survived by her son: Richard (Rosie) Brookshaw, Prescott, WI
Eight grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren
One brother, Jerome Harrington, Moses Lake, WA
One sister, Jeanette Langer, St. Paul, MN
She is further survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Her husband, Donald, in 1997, son Patrick; daughter, Catherine; sisters and brothers, Helen Wiskerchin; Mildred Coulson; Neil Harrington; Winifred Gonzales; Pat Harrington; Marcella Morris.
Pallbearers will be Thora’s grandchildren: John Traynor; Phil Traynor; Peter Traynor; Mike Traynor; Tim Brookshaw; Pat Brookshaw; Joe Brookshaw; Lori Gehring
