Was born August 1, 1923, enjoyed 86 years life and died peacefully March 3, 2010, in River Falls.

Beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Paul is survived by his wife Maxine (Merriman), children:  Susan (Deane) Thompson, Patricia (Scott Plaster), Tom (Barb), Kevin (Kathryn), Joseph (Tricia); grandchildren:  Shani, Joshua, Collin, Franklin, Jesse, Dylan, Kaila, Liam; great grandson, Mason; brother, Dean (Karen), and sister, Mary (Harlan) Tiberg.

Paul was a man of many talents; a jack of all trades who was curious about how things work and was a whiz at figuring them out.  He loved the solitude of the woods and time spent with family and friends.  He was funny, sweet and kind and will be greatly missed.
